What You Need: Services

Virtual Stepping Stones Package $500

This virtual stepping stones package has made a big difference for many of our seasoned and distanced clients, and is provided with the highest level of excellence. With this service, we ensure all details are simple, seamless and all contact is handled in a timely manner. Whenever you work with CornerStone Doula Support and Beyond, you can trust that you’re in great hands.

In the Stepping Stones package you will receive:

 ~ 2 prenatal virtual appointments via Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp, or otherwise determined video app

~ any questions or concerns that may come up pertaining to pregnancy and birth via phone/email/or text answered in a timely manner. 

~ 2 virtual postpartum appointments

~ any questions or concerns that may come up pertaining to postpartum support by phone/email/text answered in a timely manner for up to a max of 6 weeks postpartum

***~ in person birth support services when you are in labor can be added for $300

  • Note: There are no in person prenatal appointments/preparation for birth or in person postpartum visits. This is not recommended for first time parents.

Cornerstone Package $950

This is one of our most popular packages available. We want all of our clients to experience the impressive level of that "best friend" feel when working with CornerStone Doula Support and Beyond. All of our services, especially this one, exist to make your life easier and as stress free as we can for both you and your partner. You can trust us to treat you with the best care, give you fact based information and loving support.

In the cornerstone package you will receive:

~ 2 in person prenatal appointments 

~ a birth plan that suites you and your family

~ in person birth support during labor

~ 1 in person postpartum appointment

~ a birth story write up

~ bi-weekly check in's from time of hire

~ lactation support

~ postpartum support by phone/email/text for up to a max of 6 weeks postpartum, 

Full Foundation Package $1,100

Frequently utilized by a lot of our clients, this service has been essential to success on many occasions. When it comes to all of our services, you can count on us to help relieve stress and give you fact based information, all while showing you all the love and support of a great friend. We pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service, and certain you’ll love working with us. 
In this full foundations package you will receive:
~ 4 in person prenatal appointments 
~ a birth plan that suites you and your family
~ daily/weekly check in's (you decide) from time of hire
~ 24/7 on call support from 37 weeks until birth
~ in person birth support during labor
~ a birth story write up
~ 2 in person postpartum appointment
~ lactation support
~ postpartum support by phone/email/text for up to a max of 8 weeks postpartum.

24 Hour in Hospital Stay $500

This is one of our popular services during the pandemic. It’s made a big difference for many of our customers, especially those with other children at home. Due to the pandemic and ever changing rules of hospitals, we have found alot of our clients partners struggling to not be allowed to leave the hospital. We are here to help! 

With this package we will stay with the birthing person for the 24 hours postpartum in hopsital if your support person is unable to be there due to other obligations such as other children at home, or work, ect. We fully understand the stress of giving birth during these stressful and uncertain times. We are happy to help!  Whenever you work with CornerStone Doula Support and Beyond, you can trust that you’re in great hands.

 Pebbles Package $100/4 hr shift  $200/9 hr over night shift

Having a new baby is a physically and emotionally difficult time of life. You will need a solid support system to help you navigate this experience. These services are best used when you have already given birth and needing that little bit of extra help/guidance or wishing you had an extra set of hands.

Postpartum doula's do may things. Here are the different types of support a postpartum doula can give: 

Types of Support

Support for the Mama

  • Assists in feeding (breastfeeding, bottle feeding, and pumping)

  • Provides help with emotional and physical recovery after birth

  • Helps you and your partner understand the baby’s cues

  • Screens for postpartum mood disorders

  • Works with you to process your birth experience

Support for the Baby

  • Soothes the baby

  • Assists with newborn care (including diapering, bathing, and feeding)

  • Helps with the baby overnight, if needed

  • Changes diapers, swaddles, and even gets the baby ready for appointments

Support for the Family

  • Cares for older siblings and helps them adjust to the new baby

  • Teaches swaddling techniques, diapering, burping, nail trimming, and bathing

  • Helps pets adjust to the new family dynamics

  • Takes care of the baby so parents and/or older sibling(s) can spend time together

Support in the Home

  • Prepares meals and snacks

  • Performs light housekeeping duties like dishes and laundry

  • Runs errands and picks up groceries

  • Creates a calm and nurturing environment in the home

Informational & Advocacy Support

  • Provides resources for postpartum mood disorders

  • Assists in finding lactation support

  • Helps locate parenting groups

Fees

​

  • Fees are non-negotiable. I have a flat fee for all types of births (and all outcomes) with equal charges for families of all income levels.

  • A consultation appointment is free. We can get together at a local coffee shop and chat, with no obligation or pressure to hire. I want you to be sure I’m the right doula for you.  

  • 50% of the fee is due at the time of hire. The rest is due by 36 weeks or before the birth. Payment must be received in full before birth services.

  • Invoices are sent through email. If preferred, I can accept paypal

  • I will give an emailed receipt but can print a paper copy as well if needed.

  • Once hired, a contract of doula and client expectations, must be signed.
